This week, the political situation becomes clearer from the Canid perspective — General Clovis and the Canid clearly see their situation as being unique, with the Treaty of Cenloau being more of a “suggestion” than anything else.

As we’ve said many times in the past, one of the primary elements of the comic is the focus on the political situation in world, and how the different races and kingdoms interpret the goings-on. The Canid/Ermehn conflict clearly has opinionated characters on both sides, but in the same breath the Treaty of Cenolau that created the Four Kingdoms has groups on both sides as well.
