Smooth moves abound in this page, so I’ll let Rook and Beck do all the talking with their body language. Rachel really wanted to bring a certain comedic element to Beck’s side of the fight, while Rook takes his side a bit more seriously. It says a lot about the characters for those less familiar with their prior antics, but also if you’ve seen them at work before, you’ll know this is very much them in their own respective elements!

When they were handing out fighting styles Beck was the only one to choose ‘Prop Comedy’.
This whole page is great! The action is so clear. I don’t know what the comic book equivalent of ‘comedic timing’ is called but by golly this page has it.
I get a strong feeling that Axe Dude is going to end up getting very stabbed as he moves forward to bring down that axe.
Another nice page today. I really like what Rachel did with the canid soldier’s vambraces. those white and black lines on them looks really cool.
Beck is the best part of this page, of course.
Really enjoying watching this fight.
Wonderful page, the contrast between the two fights is hilarious, and beck should be more careful, not only because of the canid behind her but this clumsy handling of a knife can be VERY dangerous.
You do some of best fight scenes I’ve seen in any webcomic. Such fantastic choreography <3
