Speaking of things ending, looks like Cain and Yurk ran smack-dab into a dead end! And as any Uncharted/Tomb Raider/Indiana Jones aficionado can attest: DEAD ENDS ARE VERY NOT GOOD. Especially when you’ve got an army of flesh-eating insects chasing you down for dinner.

Tremendous props to Jerome as always for his impeccable facial expression work. Case in point:

ANYWAY, let’s talk Kickstarter stuff!

Right now we’re at 435 backers, which already beats our complete Volume One campaign by 63 backers. With six days left on the clock (an extension we were most grateful to receive from Kickstarter as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak), we’re over $7,000 above our full total from Volume One, and $12,000 above our goal for Volume Two. Honestly? We couldn’t be more thrilled–especially when we realized that nearly 100 of these backers didn’t back Volume One and wanted to get a physical copy of it!

Of course there aren’t enough to Volume One copies to go around, so we have our $35,000 stretch goal to reprint a hardcover run of them and offer them at a discount via our post-campaign BackerKit store!

Please continue to help us spread the word about the campaign in these final days, and if you’ve been waiting until the final days to pledge to a tier, we’re coming down to the wire!

Rachel, Varuna, Jerome, Leah, and I all urge our readers to stay safe and healthy in these crazy times.
